EMPLOYEE RETENTION
When one of our client's had a difficult time recruiting and retaining blue-collar workers we came up with a pay scale that allowed for an annual salary that met the specifications of the federal law requirements for hourly employees. This changed our client's department from a 47% turnover to a 5% turnover in one year and they have been able to retain that turnover year after year.

MEDICAL BENEFITS
In another successful project, we worked with our partner medical insurance broker to assist a company who was facing a 27% overall medical insurance increase by creating residency categories for their employee medical plans. This slight change decreased employee contributions to the plan by 22% overall without changing any medical plan benefits.

PAID SICK LEAVE
With various states implementing paid sick leave laws we have assisted clients in creating sick leave policies that comply with state regulations. We have also helped clients in auditing their current paid time off plans to confirm they comply with state law.
